These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FinBizNet website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by FinBizNet AI Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at Enkay Tower, Plot No. B & B1, Vaniya Nikunj, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon – 122016, Haryana, India ("FinBizNet", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Services. By using FinBizNet you represent that you meet these criteria.

2. Not investment advice — read carefully

FinBizNet is an information platform, not a SEBI-registered investment advisor. All content on the Services — including the FinBiz Score, AI Verdict, Daily Brief, Market Synthesis, FinBiz AI answers, screens, charts, and any other output — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Services constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice; an offer to buy or sell securities; or a recommendation to engage in any specific transaction.

Investments in equities are subject to market risk. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. You alone are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision you make using information from the Services. Consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor before making investment decisions. We disclaim all liability for losses arising from reliance on FinBizNet content.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one active account. Sharing credentials with others is prohibited.
• To enforce single-user use, FinBizNet limits each account to two simultaneously active devices. Signing in on a third device automatically signs out the oldest.
• You agree to notify info@finbiznet.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be sharing credentials, scraping, abusing AI quotas, or otherwise violating these Terms.

4. Subscription, billing, and refunds

• Plans and pricing. Paid subscriptions are offered in three tiers, monthly (30 days) or yearly (365 days). Prices below are exclusive of GST; 18% GST is added at checkout. The lower prices are a promotional launch offer, available for as long as we choose to run it and reviewed periodically; we may end or change the offer at any time, and doing so does not affect a subscription already purchased. The 3-year standard rate reflects the same term discounting applied to the Investment Pro list price.
• Auto-renewal. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically. When you subscribe you approve a recurring payment mandate with your bank or card issuer, and the same amount is charged at the end of each period so access continues uninterrupted. Your bank or card issuer sends you a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before each charge, as required by RBI rules for recurring e-mandates. You may cancel at any time from Account → Manage plan; cancelling stops all future charges and you retain access until the end of the term already paid for. Where an offer gives free days before the first charge (such as the welcome offer for new accounts), you pay nothing until the date shown on the offer; cancelling before that date means you are never charged, and you keep access for the free days. The 3-year Premium plan is a one-time payment with no mandate and does not auto-renew. Subscriptions purchased before 13 August 2026 were sold as one-time payments, carry no mandate, and are never auto-charged.
• Payment processing. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing you also agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy as the payment processor.
• Tax invoices. Razorpay generates a GST-compliant invoice against FinBizNet GSTIN 06AOAPJ8038H1Z1 after each successful payment and emails it to you.
• Refunds. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically extract data from the Services.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Services without our written permission.
• Probe for vulnerabilities or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or paywalls.
• Submit automated AI questions to circumvent quota limits.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the Services in violation of any applicable Indian or foreign law, including SEBI regulations on investment advice.

6. Third-party content

Some content on the Services originates from third-party sources including BSE, NSE, Yahoo Finance, broker research notes, and Google Gemini AI outputs. We do not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of third-party content. Live market data may be delayed or interrupted; you should never rely on the Services for real-time trading decisions.

7. Intellectual property

The Services and all related content (excluding User-Submitted Content and third-party data) are the exclusive property of FinBizNet and protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any notes, comments, or content you submit, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and operate the Services using such content.

8. AI features and limitations

AI-generated content (AI Verdict, Daily Brief, Market Synthesis, FinBiz AI) is produced by large-language-model technology that can occasionally make errors, omit context, or surface outdated information. We work to keep the data inputs current, but AI outputs should always be verified against primary sources before acting on them.

• Free plan: 5 FinBiz Score views and 1 FinBiz AI question per calendar month.
• Premium plan: 100 FinBiz Score views and 100 FinBiz AI questions per calendar month, plus the full sub-component breakdown of the FinBiz Score.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinBizNet, its founders, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services or any investment decision made on the basis of FinBizNet content. In any event, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time by emailing info@finbiznet.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Provisions relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app banner at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
