FII/DII Flows & Big Investor Moves

Track foreign (FII) and domestic (DII) institutional flows plus notable >1% shareholder changes across Indian listed companies — from official filings.

Who entered and exited this quarter

This page reads the quarterly shareholding patterns companies file with the exchanges and lists notable changes: fresh entries by large holders, exits, and large shifts in FII holdings. Only holders above the 1% disclosure threshold are named in filings, so a “fresh entry” can also mean an existing holder crossing 1%.

Daily foreign (FII) and domestic (DII) institutional flows in the cash and derivatives markets are tracked separately on the FII/DII data page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between FII and DII?

FIIs (foreign institutional investors) are overseas funds investing in Indian markets. DIIs (domestic institutional investors) are Indian institutions such as mutual funds, insurers and pension funds.

Why are only holders above 1% shown?

Shareholding-pattern filings name individual holders only when they hold more than 1% of the company.
